HYDROZEL-5  is a sophisticated device that can work with Hydronix moisture probes. The device can be operated in two basic modes:

     1. Moisture Indicator

On the basis of the signal from the probe Hydrozel-5 displays on the graphic display actual moisture diagram and the moisture trend which helps the operator to obtain the required moisture %.

     2. Batch Controller

Based on the entered recipes controller controls the dosing of water in order to obtain the desired value.The control proces can be activated by the operator from the keypad, by concrete plant control system via the Modbus interface and by the digital inputs. For example the the signal that starts pouring aggregate to the mixer gives also the signal to start water dosing.
