Electro valves for pnumatic actuators
The electrovalve is an important element of many plant applications. They allow remote operation of different peripherials powered by compressad air like cylinders , nozzles and actuators .
In modern batching plant , it is difficult to imagine working without the use of solenoid valves . Most are controlled by the automatic production control systems, but can also be run manually from the operator panel . Adequate air flow and speed should ensure optimal working conditions of pneumatic vibrators , impact hammers, drain flap actuators or pneumatic bearings sealing.
Good electrovalve should work flawlessly with variable pressure , should be immune to electrical interference , permit easy installation and replacement , have effective air connectors. It should be possible to exchange the solenoid coil without the use of special tools.
